35. Progress – The Gate of Change

Progressive Change That Results From Correction.

Gate 35, known as Progress and the Gate of Change, is an expression hub located in the Throat Center within the Collective Abstract (Sensing) Circuit. Its core function is Progress through Experience, serving as a manifesting outlet that converts emotional pressure into lived action so that collective wisdom can occur. Known as the voice of “I feel,” this gate represents the uniquely human drive to explore new horizons for the exhilaration of the journey itself rather than for mastery.

The 35th gate is the gate of life, centered on human experience and change. It opens to the solar plexus system, driving action and creativity. This gate doesn’t seek energy—it’s always available, and it thrives on interaction and progress. The 35th is about experiential creativity rather than repetition, offering unique talents from varied experiences. It emphasizes the importance of change, where progress comes through feeling and exploring new experiences, without the need to repeat them. It’s about collecting moments, learning, and moving forward.

The Mechanics of Change

Gate 35 operates as a Manifesting Gate within the 35–36 Channel of Transitoriness. Its primary role is the initiation of movement to resolve the restlessness and anticipation generated by Gate 36.

  • The Voice of “I Feel”: Mechanically, it expresses whether there is a feeling or hunger for a new experience. Its voice communicates relational experience and is often used by the not-self mind to strategize improvements in life.
  •
  • Breadth vs. Mastery: Unlike logical gates that seek repetition for perfection, Gate 35 seeks variety and breadth. It matures through the collection of diverse experiences—”been there, done that”—extracting wisdom from completion rather than refinement.
  •
  • A Genetic Singularity: Chemically, Gate 35 is associated with the amino acid Tryptophan and stands as a single-gate codon. It functions as an anchor to the world of the maya, hooking the human consciousness into the experiential path through a never-ending cycle of desire.

In the link is an advanced, in-depth mechanical analysis.

This section moves beyond surface interpretations into precise mechanical analysis of this Gate.
Available in the advanced analysis:

  • – A line-by-line breakdown as originally transmitted by Ra Uru Hu, translated into clear, usable language
  • – Real-world examples that show how these mechanics actually play out in decisions, behavior, and timing
  • – Direct observations from my own long-term deconditioning work
  • – Client case insights that reveal shadow patterns, and alignment markers

It’s applied mechanics—for readers who want to understand how this Gate operates in lived reality.

Gates of the Quarter of Civilization

The Quarter of Civilization is the second quadrant of the Mandala, historically and mystically referred to as “Womb to Room.” Mechanically, its central theme is purpose fulfilled through Form. This is the stage where concepts initiated in the mind are translated into tangible, physical reality. As a dominantly yang quarter, it is responsible for building the structures, skills, communities, and civilizations that enable humanity to develop, function, and achieve material progress.

All eleven gates of the Throat Center are located within this quarter, establishing it as the mechanical “town square” of the BodyGraph—where energy from other centers is transformed into manifestation, action, and communication. For an individual whose Life Work is situated here, the unique contribution lies in refining and differentiating personal skills in service of the collective whole.

The educational and structural nature of this quarter can be seen through the following examples:

  • Gate 16 (The Gate of Skills) applies pressure for repetition and focused practice, transforming raw potential into reliable competence and sharable talent.

  • Gate 2 (The Gate of Direction) anchors identity in receptivity, acting as the “Driver” that orients the physical form correctly as it moves through space and time.

  • Gate 15 (The Gate of Extremes) governs collective behavior and the love of humanity, ensuring that rhythms and patterns are balanced and integrated within social structures.

Ultimately, the Quarter of Civilization ensures that spirit is successfully translated into the material plane through work, manifestation, and organized community effort.
