The mechanics
Gate 64 is in the Head, in the Collective Sensing circuit, and it is the Head end of 64-47, Abstraction, the design of mental activity and clarity. Ra was clear that confusion here is not negative. It means a busy mind with a great deal of data, most of it superfluous, that needs filtering before the pressure can be relieved. From the Design side it is also a powerful dreaming gate.
Ra's irony about the two pressure centers is the key. The pressure below, the Root, is a motor. The pressure above, the Head, is only a pressure, like recycling. Whatever it stirs in the Ajna carries no power to become action, because the mind is for looking at the nature of being, never for deciding what to do.

The Sun completes 64-47 for you.
If you have Gate 47 defined in your Ajna, the Sun completes the 64-47 channel for you until Wednesday. You get a temporary Head-to-Ajna definition and the whole abstract mind with it: clips of the past streaming until the movie makes sense. Watch whether you are letting it stream or forcing a method onto it.
The Earth completes 63-4.
If you carry Gate 4, the Earth completes 63-4, Logic, on the other side. Every doubt will get its formula.
If you have neither, this is a conditioning field. Mental noise is in the air, and an open Head will take on the confusion of everyone it meets and try to solve it.

What to watch, not what to do
Ra's teaching about authority lands hardest in this gate. When you know where your authority is, the mind becomes obedient to it, and the images still stream but without stress. When you do not, the mind runs the life and this becomes the busiest and most uncomfortable pressure in the design. Strategy and Authority are what make the confusion bearable.
The uncomfortable part
Ra said the mind is busy with all the things you should not be, and it cannot make sense of them because they never belonged to you. This week the field is full of people trying to figure out their lives.
