The mechanics
Gate 57 is in the Spleen, in the Individual Knowing circuit and the Integration network, and it is the only Spleen gate with three channels: 57-20, the Brain Wave; 57-34, Power; and 57-10, Perfected Form. Ra said the name is a misnomer. This is an extremely yang energy, like a chill breeze that touches you to the bone, and its gift is to penetrate to the core in the now.
Every Spleen gate has an underlying fear, and here it is the fear of tomorrow. Ra called this the gate of the right ear, the existential ear that hears in the now. The Definitive Book puts the practical rule in one line: the intuition is the little voice that only speaks once and softly, and when you are listening now, there is no tomorrow to fear.

The Sun completes a channel for you.
If you have Gate 20, 34 or 10 defined, the Sun completes one of the 57 channels for you until Wednesday. The 20 gives you awareness with a voice, the 34 gives it power, and the 10 gives it a way of behaving. Watch whether you act on the first hunch, because it will not repeat itself.
The Earth completes 51-25.
If you carry Gate 25, the Earth completes 51-25, Initiation, on the other side. Something will dare you to leap, and innocence will have to land.
If you have neither, this is a conditioning field. Hunches are in the air, and an open Spleen will feel very sure of things it has no way of knowing.

What to watch, not what to do
Ra's note on the first line is the one to remember. The inner meaning is lymphatic, and it will not arrive in any language your mind understands. Penetrating to it simply means recognizing the intuition is there and letting it do its job. Whether you follow it is for Strategy and Authority. For Splenic beings, that means now or never.
The uncomfortable part
Ra said a major handicap of the individual is difficulty listening. They are designed not to be influenced, so their hearing is selective, and they seem deaf to others. This week the field is full of people who know.
